Brand identity for IMS (International Media Support) – a non-profit ngo working for press freedom globally and specifically in countries affected by armed conflict, human insecurity and political transition.
The logo mark is a visualisation of sound waves from a dialogue. A small step on the way to freedom of expression.
The strong use of black ink is a subtle reference to the core of journalism - “ink on paper” dating back to the dawn of civilization.
